About Us
Our Mission is to share Christ’s love through practical acts of compassion by providing free healthcare services to those in need in Benton and Franklin Counties and Burbank.
Our History
Grace Clinic began operating in June 2002, seeing patients for four hours each Saturday in the basement of the Methodist church in downtown Pasco.
Founded by two local physicians, the Clinic provides services to low-income uninsured residents of Benton and Franklin counties and is operated primarily by volunteers. In the early days, the Clinic provided medical care and then over time added dental and mental health services.
In the 15+ years that the Clinic has been operating, we have provided more than 62,000 patient visits including medical, dental and mental health services. That’s more than sixty thousand times someone walked through the Clinic’s door and accessed services that generally were not available to them in any other fashion.
The most recent estimates from the Washington Insurance Commissioner indicate that there are 32,000 people in our community without insurance. The vast majority of these individuals work in low wage jobs for employers that do not offer medical benefits. Grace Clinic helps to fill gaps in the healthcare system for underserved people in our community. We invite you to join us in this much needed and fulfilling mission.
Our Goals
To provide high quality health care and referral service as we would desire care for ourselves and our loved ones
To look beyond the medical treatment of disease and to seek healing for the whole person in their physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions
To speak and to do that which is true and right in accord with moral and ethical principles in the Bible
To uphold and defend the dignity and value of every human as created in God’s image
Faith Statement
Grace Clinic Believes:
That the Bible is in the inspired Word of God.
That there is one God, eternally existent in three Persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
That Jesus Christ is the only Son of God, He was born of the Virgin Mary, He lived a sinless life, and He was crucified for our sins and rose again.
That the most important thing in the entire world is a personal relationship with Jesus Christ through faith in Him.
That a relationship with Christ comes only through God’s grace not by man’s effort.
That the Holy Spirit is living within the believer enabling him to live the Christian life.
That we should share the love of Jesus Christ with our patients and community as the Holy Spirit leads and provides opportunity.
